QuickSurveys Need to do some quick market research? We are proud
to announce a new service that we are offering to clients called QuickSurveys.
Using Zoomerang,
the leading online market research and survey tool, we can now help you
create and execute highly effective surveys via email and the web very
quickly. Here's how QuickSurvey works. First we work with you to define the goals and objectives of your online market research survey. What is it that you want to accomplish? What pieces of customer data are the most useful for the decisions that you need to make? It could be that you want to evaluate the importance of a variety of potential new features in an upcoming product. You might want to find out which vehicles customers find most effective and useful when evaluating your products. Or you might want to do an online survey to test your marketing messages and pricing before launching a campaign. Next we identify an email list to target. We may use your own in-house list, or it might be more appropriate to purchase a third party list of customers that have given permission to be contacted. We'll help you pull together a customer list to use with Zoomerang to ensure that you get great results. Following this we help you craft a compelling offer for participating. This will help to maximize the response rate you receive and will give the respondents an incentive to respond quickly. After we have the questionnaire developed, list
pulled together and offer crafted , we send out the survey and track the
results using the Zoomerang online market research and survey tools. Results
will begin to come in immediately, and we can provide top-level summary
information as well as charts and graphs. Once the majority of respondents
have replied we will then do additional analysis, including cross-tabulation
of answers. We then provide you with a summary
report of the results of your market research survey in a PowerPoint presentation. |
