It is based on the Product Manager's Toolkit (PMTK) action model, a comprehensive model that covers every aspect of the overall product lifecycle. Along with the training, each attendee receives a copy of the 280 Group Product Manager's Toolkit, a set of 30 templates that cover the entire product lifecycle making them instantly productive after finishing the training.

The PMTK action model works in conjunction with the PMTK flow model, which allows you to use the action model in a stage-gate approach to product definition, development and delivery.

In order to be an effective Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager you must first gain a deep understanding of the core skills and concepts involved.
