BroadQuest was located in San Jose, CA and was a supplier of browser-based
portal applications that allow corporations to brought together live,
disparate enterprise data into a single integrated view.
Market Focus
BroadQuest's first product, BroadQuest MyEnterprise, was targeted at sales
and service account managers. BroadQuest sold MyEnterprise directly to
Global 2000 companies who have invested in front-office and back-office
applications like Aurum, Baan, Clarify, IBM, Lotus, Microsoft, Oracle,
PeopleSoft, Remedy, SAP, Siebel Systems and Vantive.
Customers
Enterprise software and technology companies like Forte Software and Novell
as well as Financial Services firms like Wells Fargo.
Products
Designed for sales and service account representatives and managers, BroadQuest
MyEnterprise was a browser-based portal application that provided access
to live customer information from disparate enterprise systems such as
ERP and other customer data sources. MyEnterprise provided sales and service
account personnel with a single portal view of the customer, including
important customer information such as bookings, shipments, back orders,
and customer support information. Additionally, MyEnterprise provided
these front-office users the ability to be notified of any data changes
or updates, thus allowing them to anticipate customer needs and requirements,
build stronger customers relationships, improve customer service, and
increase revenue generation opportunities.
Services
BroadQuest offered Installation, customization, training, and support
for BroadQuest MyEnterprise. The BroadQuest Rapid Success Package allowed
an IT organization to add a new data source and deploy it to users in
about a month using BroadQuest consultants.

BroadQuest had partnerships with many prominent companies, including Arthur
Andersen LLP, Cambridge Technology Partners; PeopleSoft, Siebel, Vantive;
