SVPMA Social Event Blowout

We held the first quarterly social and networking event for SVPMA a few weeks ago and it was a HUGE success. Over 70 people attended for free food, beverages and a fun "Speed Networking" exercise.

How Much PM Does Your Company Need?

The upcoming SVPMA event should be a good one - the topic is "Evolving the Product Management Process to Match Company Growth". I see so many examples of companies that have either too much or too little PM based on their size and what stage they are in.

By the way, you might want to consider taking their exam to become a CPM (Certified Product Manager) or CPMM (Certified Product Marketing Manager). I took both exams (and passed) - they are tough but worth doing to differentiate yourself from the crowd.
